Shaz developed tailored solutions for insurers, banks, regulators, and multinational clients, actively engaging with industry forums and professional bodies. His vision led to founding Ballards Global, focusing on exceptional service and client care. Shaz also contributes to professional organizations, serving with ICAI chapters in the GCC region and as a contact member for ICAEW in the region.

Neil is an ICAEW chartered accountant with over 40 years' experience in leading large finance teams and transformative programs across the UK, US, EU, and Far East. He has extensive experience in Big 4 advisory and financial services, with a strong connection to the ICAI. His distributed leadership skills have proven effective in mobilizing large teams globally and locally, driving business improvement and implementing complex programs. Neil simplifies challenges and swiftly resolves issues, leveraging his vast experience. Recently joining ICAEW Council, Neil represents ICAEW Essex and collaborates with IoD, CISI, and local Councils to boost county-wide business. He spearheads ESG initiatives for Ballards Global, leveraging his practical expertise to accelerate client engagement in sustainability and mitigate risks.
